After spending 3 hours on the phone with Expedia this morning (After receiving cancellation emails on Christmas Day - felt sick to my stomach for the rest of the day and couldnt sleep last night waiting for the Expedia office to open!!!) After I spoke with about 5 other people who could not locate my cruise - I have been in contact with Celebrity to try to figure out why I never received the emails that told me my balance was due and why I could not find any information on how to look up and pay for my cruise. Cruise was not available on my Expedia account, only past cruise and vacations.
Expedia told me emails were sent from Celebrity. After being in contact with Celebrity, all of the invoices were sent to Expedia, none of the emails that had my balance due on them came from Celebrity. The company to blame for my not receiving my invoices is Expedia. The reason I lost my Black Friday excursion prices is because of Expedia.
The reason I am now having to pay a higher cruise price to rebook is because of Expedia. The reason I lost my deposit as a penalty is because of Expedia.
Price difference is $1063.84 plus increased excursions. Jody from Expedia Cruises did not do their job and I am being penalized.

The company won't leave refund which one my hotel reservation
On the 27th of May after staying at the Comfort Inn in Fayetteville North Carolina I rebooked my room okay Disney I'll find out that it wasn't booked for the 27th and 28th of May it was booked for the 27th and 28th of June but the business the hotel decided that that since I couldn't pay them the the deposit of $100 they called the police to have me escorted out of this place before I couldn't even stay in the next day but but now Expedia tells me that the business refunds which I don't understand because I never stayed in the room first of all and it was it was accidentally booked for the 27th and 28th of June now if you can't give me my my money back the hotel says you got to contact the third party this is thie hotel Comfort inn o says that the company the hotel I said do not refund my money okay first of all this $107 and his room for on the 27th 28th of June was never used and I never stayed at the place because they called the police because I did not pay the security deposit I want my money back I don't understand why you guys give me the runaround

You have made it impossible to opt out of information selling or sharing. If someone tries to opt out, they get this message:
"We're sorry, but we are unable to opt you out across on all of the devices associate with your Expedia Cruises account at this time.
Please check your Do Not Sell opt-out status by logging into your Expedia Cruises account on your associated devices and clicking on the Do Not Sell My Personal Information link."
This makes no sense. If you log in and try to opt out on any of your devices or desktops, you get the same message. Additionally, you have made it impossible to reach anyone in your organization to report the issue.
I believe you have done this intentionally and such I'LL BE REPORTING IT TO THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT FOR FOLLOW-UP.
Meanwhile, my phone, email and text are blowing up with garbage since I entered registration information to use your service. This is harm.
Preferred solution: Stop selling my information and fix the website!
